All sales are final, however, exchanges for damaged or defective items will be provided. If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be given.

Claims for any missing or damaged items must be emailed within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise.  Send claim to:
All items returned for credit must be in the original package with all pieces included.

If cancellation of a pre-order is necessary, it must be emailed to: within 5 business days after placing an order. Please put "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.  If request is after the 5 business day window, a 20% processing fee will be charged for the cancellation request.
