Return Policy

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Claims for any missing or damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise.  All items returned for credit must be in the original package with all pieces included.

If cancellation of a preorder is necessary, it must be emailed to: mistybdwholesale@gmail.com within 5 business days after placing an order. Please put "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.  If request is after the 5 business day window, a 20% processing fee will be charged for the cancellation request. 


RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Items can be returned for store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in the store credit you are issued. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us. When returning your package, please consider using a shipping method that gives you a tracking number.

Before sending back to us, please email: mistybdwholesale@gmail.com.  Please put "Return Request" in the subject line along with your order #.

The item(s) you are returning must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.  Items need to be mailed back within 14 days of when the mail tracker from MISTYBD shows delivery of the item to you.

Store credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected. 

If your intent is to exchange for a different size, please utilize your store credit to place a new order.

**Sale Items are considered Final Sale. No exceptions.**
