How to Apply

Put in the subject: Wholesale Account Request

Include in your email: 
• Your Name
• Boutique Name 
• Address 
• Phone number 
• Email 
• Links to your BEST selling platform(s) - Facebook/Website/Instagram, etc.
• Where did you hear about Misty BD?
• Attach a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption or Resale Certificate. 

You will be sent an email confirmation once your account is confirmed. 
(Approx. 1-3 days)
