Shipping

SHIPPING FEES:
• Shipping cost is based on package weight and shipping destination from McKinney, Texas. 
• USPS and UPS is offered.  
• When placing your order please note the Shopify systems requires us to select a default box measurement. Misty BD will refund you the shipping difference if your package weight falls drastically under this default. You may also be invoiced for the shipping overage if it is drastically above the default.

MIXED PRE-ORDER & IN-STOCK SHIPMENTS:
• If any of your items are a pre-order, the complete order will not ship until the pre-order item becomes available.  If you want the in stock items shipped sooner, please place two different orders: one for in stock items and the other for pre-order items.
• The pre-order ETAs listed in the group and on the website are estimates. Please note that sometimes delays happen in production, causing the date to get pushed back. 
• Ready to ship items ship in 1-3 business days.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES:
• Once the item is dropped off with or scanned by the carrier, it is out of our control on where it goes from there. We recommend utilizing the Route Shipping Insurance which is automatically added to your cart at checkout.  You can also decline that service at checkout if you prefer to.
